相信所有交卷的六级考生都想对出题者说一句话：草泥马
这道题已经和多年前的“不说不的重要性”有的一拼了。大学英语四六级和考研的命题一般走两个方向：社会热点话题和永恒话题。热点话题不大可能是当年最热门话题，不然形同泄题。一定要给本次BT题目定性的话，题材属于永恒话题（就是啥时候都可以考），体裁属于对比观点选择题。（一般对六级作文的分法是：社会热点，图表，对比观点选择和应用文。） 鉴于在课堂的第五节课详细介绍了对比观点选择题的写法，在此就不以BT对BT了，按照课堂套路，简单的来分析下本次文章。

结构模式化
这种体裁的文章三段式是可以接受的，但是加入一个引入段效果更好，第一段引入关于人们对于名字的不同态度，属于提出问题段。二三两段详细从正反两方面分析人们的看法，属于分析问题段。最后一段简单谈谈自己的看法。注意二三两段主体段要有引导性的主题句。
语言要包装
语言方面，一是扬长，二是避短
扬长：如果有自己的经典句，再这么绕也要用上自己的经典句，注意这是你最拿得出手的而且是绝对正确的句子
避短：如果是临场发挥的话，如果你的语言基础不是太好的话，请保持宁简勿烂的原则，在中国，无论你玩多么高超的语法现象，错了就扣分，所以宁可弱智也别错，这样虽然找不到加分的理由，但是绝对找不到扣分的理由
另外注意要语言多变性。以这次作文中有人“认为”也有人“认为”，我“认为”的“认为”为例，根据课堂分析，可以写为think, say, point out, argue, maintain, hold the perspective that, believe, I am convinced that等不同写法
思路简单化
四六级作文以结构语言为主，降低自己思维的难度，更加有利于考生发挥自己有限的英文水平。值得注意的是：本文并没有说是人的姓名，那么人名，地名，商品名。。都可以是分析的范畴。
卷面要整洁
这一点已经不用再解释了，齐头式，字稍大，少涂改，是卷面的王道

Nobody could have failed to notice the fact that the importance of a name is a prevalent and pervasive issue with which we are all confronted. There is no consensus of opinions among people concerning the controversial issue.
Some people hold the perspective that a name plays an irreplaceable role in our life. On the one hand, they point out that a beautiful and meaningful name, to some extent, could exert a far-reaching influence on a person’s fate. On the other hand, they argue that an attractive brand name can lay a solid foundation for the company profits.
Others, however, hold the negative view. According to this group of people, a name is just a way of calling things and people. Besides, a name has no relationship with a man’s life and fate, for the reason that it is our persistence and painstaking efforts that determine our life.
From my perspective, I am convinced that a good name is a positive exterior factor for success. However, great emphasis should be placed upon the interior quality. Only by attaching considerable importance to the essence under a name can we survive and thrive in our society.
