摘要：The present invention relates to a new gene fragment derived from Chinesehamster ovary (CHO) cell for enhancement of recombinant protein expression in animalcells and a use thereof. It has been found that using the vector comprising a genefragment of the present invention enhances the expression of a target protein in animalcells. Accordingly, the vector comprising a gene fragment of the present invention couldbe usefully used in the production of biopharmaceuticals such as therapeutic antibodies,etc.
